PILATES

 

Pilates is a mind body conditioning exercise programme that targets the deep postural muscles of the spine and abdomen to improve overall core stability and posture.

 

All instructors are fully qualified Chartered Physiotherapists and members of the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI), and are highly experienced practitioners in the treatment of musculoskeletal problems. The classes always have a small number of participants to ensure you learn the precise and correct movements to improve overall stability.

 

The Pilates courses are usually 6 weeks in length and we presently are running Beginners and Intermediate classes on Monday and Tuesday evenings and Wednesday and Friday mornings.
